Oaty Banana Bars



Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups Quaker old fashioned oats
1 tsp  Caramel Extract
1 Tbsp  Chia Seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut  (I use Bob's Red Mill)
2-3 Tbsp Agave Nectar

Directions:
Mix everything together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.  Put in an 8x8 pan and pat the mixture firmly down.   I store mine in the fridge.
