My husband loves this on his toast ! It has a nice sweet potato spice flavor to it ! It keeps in the fridge for a few weeks.
Ingredients: 1 large sweet potato, cooked (between 1 and 1/2 to 2 cups) 1 ripe banana, sliced (about 1/2 cup - can be a little more) 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1 large medjool date (I usually cut into pieces)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until desired consistency.
