2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can butter beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Let the salad sit for a couple hours before serving to blend the flavors.
