Quinoa Beans and Corn Casserole (DF, GF)





Ingredients:

1 cup cooked quinoa
1 can beans, drained and rinsed (I used great northern)
1 can corn with liquid
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp  Bragg Liquid Amino
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
1 heaping tsp parsley

Directions:

Mix everything together and put in baking dish.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
