I want to try all of these especially the coconut flour and flakes!! This year i began homeschooling my kids. My daughter's interest is baking and we have been wanting to try coconut flour since coconut oil is such a staple in our house from food to cosmetics. Moving from CA to LA (out in the middle of nowhere country) I dont have ready access to awesome products like these and would LOVE a chance to win some!!

I am most excited about the tapioca starch. This is a new product to me and will open up possibilities in my cooking. How cool is that? A substitute to cornstarch...
ReplyDeleteGood Luck to all, Michelle
oooh I would love to have all of these things! I have used the coconut flour before to make pancakes and I blended it with a few other flours to make a gluten free muffin mix! I also have made cookies from coconut flakes and almond flour, kinda like macaroons! I would b most excited to try the toasted coconut. I've never had it and I just know it would add an AWESOME flavor to any dessert or maybe even some breakfast plates!
ReplyDeleteThanks for this giveaway!!!
Crystal
I would love to win this!!! I'm interested in the tapioca starch & the coconut flour. I don't bake a lot, but I love using alternative flours, etc. when I do. My husband is diabetic, so these things help tremendously when searching for alternative vegan baking goods.
ReplyDeleteCONGRATS Kim.... You were randomly selected as one of the winners !!!! Can you please send me your mailing address?? (DeniseAtPinkVegan@gmail.com). If I do not receive mailing addresses by 7:00 pm EST on Sunday Jan 26, 2014, I will have to pick another number. THANKS - Denise
DeleteI would like to try the coconut oil and the coconut flour. It would be interesting to use them as recipe substitutions.
ReplyDeleteMilaxx - kryall99(at)yahoo(dot)com
I would love to try all of these, especially the coconut flour! I've tried a few alternative flours, but never coconut flour!
ReplyDeleteI love all things coconut and use coconut products almost daily. I'd like a chance to try the TOASTED COCONUT FLAKES. They would be perfect as a tasty, and pretty addition to my banana cake!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to try the coconut flour as an alternative to my whole wheat flour! And I'm super interested to see if this coconut oil is different (better) than the 1st jar I bought of a different brand. The one I purchased has a truly yucky aroma, such that I can barely stand to use it. Would be so happy to find one I liked.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic giveaway this is! :)
Oooooooo, I'm intrigued by the tapioca starch. I love the "Let's Do Organic" brand, their creamed coconut is a go to in my kitchen. The tapioca (and coconut flour) would be awesome for experiments in feeding my xgfx friends.
ReplyDeleteI'm excited to try the shredded coconuts to put on my oatmeals and garnish my smoothies with. My local supermarkets don't sell the organic type and the one's they sell are filled with chemicals and sugar. I tried making them myself once but that was a complete fail. I tried toasting pieces of coconut I scrapped off from the shell but then I burnt them in the oven.
ReplyDeleteWow that is exciting!!!! Don't enter me into the comp as I"m not a U.S resident but I've heard that coconut flakes make great 'coconut bacon'!!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteYES, it is EXCITING having my VERY FIRST giveaway !!!!! THANKS Sandy....I will have to look into "coconut bacon" !!!!
DeleteI would like to try the Coconut Oil or the Coconut Flour. I am a recent Diabetic and I think these would be a lot better for me and maybe allow me to substitute them into recipes so I would be able to eat recipes that I am not suppose to have. I would love to find recipes like that too!
ReplyDeleteWow, what a great give away! I'm very interested in trying the coconut and seeing how it stacks up next to other flours I've used. I'd also love that toasted coconut in smoothies and sprinkled on top of a coconut chia pudding! Yum!
ReplyDeleteI am most excited about the coconut flour. I've been wanting to make coconut enchiladas with it since I went ate at my first raw vegan restaurant last year. I just haven't been able to find any.

ReplyDeleteWe love Edward and Son's products and have almost all of these in the house right now being used except the coconut flour, which I haven't seen in our local Whole Foods, so I'd love to try that. ReplyDeleteWould.really love to try them all, intrigued by the coconut flour.....oh the yummy possibilities!!! candiastlouis@gmail.com
ReplyDelete!!! I would absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the unsweetened coconut flakes…I live in a small town and all the nearby stores don't have any organic coconut flakes…the only ones I've been able to find is the store's generic brand, which is non-organic, and has other additives, and one day I just ended up buying one and the taste was so so horrible, that I didn't even want to feed it to my child lol. I know how shredded coconut tastes because I had some years ago, but my goodness, it would be so great to have organic shredded coconut! I love coconuts and my daughter does too! so having the coconut flakes would be a real nice treat!!…e-mail: spoken.hands@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to try Tapioca Flour. Ive heard how great it is. I love all my other gluten free products. dlba02@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteI loooove the coconut flour. Those products are saving my life right now, since i am learning to eat better. I am now in remission of rheumatoid arthritis from eating better. Those products are very important to me and all my friends and family that i have convinced to follow me in better eating! Great work! Claude from Québec email; hypno2claude@hotmail.com

ohh I'm excited to try their coconut oil! :)
ReplyDeletevandango33@gmail.com
I'd like to try the tapioca starch and coconut oil. What's the most common application for tapioca starch?
ReplyDeleteTapioca starch acts as a binder in gluten free recipes and improves the texture of baked goods (when combined with other gluten free flours). Tapioca starch is also used as a thickener in sauces, pies and soups. It can also be used to replace corn starch (use 2 Tbsp tapioca starch for each 1 Tbsp corn starch). I use a starch (like tapioca starch) in my gluten free muffins. - Denise
DeleteOh my, would love the toasted coconut chips - yum yum!
ReplyDeleteEmsfs at hotmail dot com
So hard to choose! I woukf pick coconut flour, if I can only pick one! With a GF/DF husband snd son, this stuff sure is in demand in this house.
ReplyDeleteI saw this brand in the store and was going to buy the coconut flour but, put it back because I wasn't sure what I wanted to use it for. Then I went home and found numerous amounts of delicious sounding recipes that call for it and by the time I got back to the store (its really far from my house) they didn't carry it anymore. I haven't been able to find it anywhere around here. I would love a chance to get to try it. It looks like its ground so smooth! They all look delicious though!!!
ReplyDeletemusdess@yahoo.com
I love coconut oil but have not tried their brand yet. I would love to see what it is like!
ReplyDeleteI would love to try the coconut flour and the tapioca
ReplyDeleteI have been using the shredded coconut but would love to try the other products. I love the Bible verses. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI love love love the unsweetened shredded coconut in my cookie recipes, but I'm really curious to try the flakes instead - more of a crunch and coconut flavor! It's so hard to find unsweetened, organic coconut in my grocery stores, I almost always have to order it online and this is one of my favorite brands!!
ReplyDeleteIt's so hard to pick one. I do really want to try the flour though. Where I live it is hard to find vegan let alone gluten free.
ReplyDeleteI use coconut oil in everything - I am excited to use this in baking! Also I've been seeing recipes call for coconut flour but haven't gotten my hands on any yet :)
ReplyDeleteipoliticalworld@gmail.com
I am so excited about this giveaway! I am obsessed with anything coconut, and would most look forward to experimenting with coconut flour! Thanks so much for doing this :)
ReplyDeleteAlllll of the above. I am alll about that fiber and medium-chain fatty acids combo! Coconut flour is my go to bread flour , coconut shreds coat many a tofu strip, my life is fried in coconut oil (I even use it as lotion), and flakes are an unaccompanied munchtastic snack at anytime of the day. I have never used tapioca flour, though my shelves are currently graced with arrowroot, I am ready to try it!
ReplyDeleteHello. This is my first time on your site. I love that you share Bible Verses with us. I would love to win the flakes so I can try making "bacon" with them. Bacon is my all time favorite food ever and I miss it dearly since going vegan. Thanks for the opportunity. Have a great day
