Macaroni Carrot Salad


2 cups macaroni (before cooking)
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
a handful of baby carrots, chopped
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp whole celery seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
3 Tbsp almond milk
1-1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp whole mustard seeds
1 cup vegan mayonnaise


Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
