Ingredients:
4 cups cooked macaroni (2 cups uncooked)
--------
1 cup Bulgur Wheat
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 and 1/2 cups veggie stock
1 med onion, chopped
2 tsp minced jar garlic
2 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Directions:
In a large pan, add all ingredients (EXCEPT the macaroni), cook over medium to medium-low heat for about 30 to 40 minutes. If needed, add more liquid while cooking (if it starts to dry out). I try to cook it long enough to get the bulgur wheat soft.
Then add the macaroni and cook on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.

Yum! I love the look of this. Something a bit different but I can definitely picture the bulgar acting as a bolognese :-)
