Crust:
1 cup flour (I used a coconut blend flour)
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp applesauce
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 Tbsp coconut extract
1 Tbsp water
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Press into an 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Filling:
3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
3/4 cup almond milk
1 cup peanut butter
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on medium heat until well combined and it is a thicker consistency. Stir constantly until thickened. Pour over cooked crust.
Topping:
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)
1 cup coconut
Mix all ingredients together and spread on top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Let cool and then put in fridge to harden.
