Red Quinoa Black Bean Corn Salad (DF, GF)

This is SOOOO good - I couldn't stop eating it !!!  It makes GREAT  lunches !!

I modified my Black Bean and Quinoa Salad recipe to come up with this.

2 cups cooked Quinoa  (I used Bob's Red Mill Red Quinoa )
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp dried cilantro flakes
1 tsp minced jar garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup brown rice vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp assorted chili peppers spice (I used  Nanami Togarashi   ) or use 1/4 to 1/2 tsp chili powder - depending on how spicy you want it
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Amino

Mix everything together in a bowl - serve immediately or after it has been in the fridge.  I thought it tasted better after it had been refrigerated first.

Estimated Nutritional Value per serving based on 8 servings:  Calories 179, Total Fat 2g, Cholesterol 0mg,  Sodium 406mg, Carbs 35.2g, Fiber 5.7g, Sugars 3.3g, Protein 7.6g

See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.
