Crunchy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

These are SOOOO  good ...they have a crunchy, yet chewy texture.

This recipe was adapted from Sally's Chewy Fudge Granola Bars.

1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Agave Nectar
1 cup Quaker old fashioned oats
1-1/2 cup corn flakes cereal, crushed
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut  (I use Bob's Red Mill)

Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave.

Then mix everything together in a bowl. 

Press into an 8x8 pan and store in fridge.  Each day these bars tend to get more flavorful.
