This recipe was adapted from Katie's BetterFinger Bars . These have the chewy texture of toffee with the crunch from the corn flakes.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp molasses
2 cups corn flake cereal, crushed

1 cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp molasses

1 cup chopped dates
3 Tbsp almond milk
Directions:
Blend dates and almond milk in blender until smooth.
Melt the peanut butter in the microwave.
Then combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
Press into an 8x8 pan and store in fridge.
My favorite food processor is the KitchenAid 7-Cup Food Processor.
For blenders, I use both the Vitamix Blender and Ninja Master Prep Professional Blender

These sound incredible! You really cannot go wrong with peanut butter and molasses - I love both ingredients in recipes. And the dates and almond milk - I won't feel so guilty eating one too many of these. I love using dates!

I also like using dates in baked goods....they are a good sweetener as well as being sticky to help hold things together !!! THANKS again.....Denise
