Chocolate Zucchini Bread

This recipe is a modified version of Anja's Chocolate Zucchini Spelt Cake .

1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed   + 6 Tbsp water
3/4 cup agave nectar or sweetener of choice
1/4 cup applesauce
1 cup shredded zucchini

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.  Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.  Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix just until combined.  

Put in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes are until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
