Simple Apple Crisp

This apple crisp is so easy to make yet everyone seems to love it.  It does not last long in our house !

As you can see, this is not a low-fat dessert !!

In a baking dish, place 4 cups of sliced apples (granny smith apples work really well in this recipe).  

Pour 1/4 cup of water over apples and then sprinkle 1 tsp cinnamon on top of the apples.

In another small dish, mix 3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, and 1/3 cup earth balance.  Drop mixture over apples.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
