Lentil Rice Loaf



This loaf is not a really firm loaf, it is more on the soft side because of the rice.  But I think it has a really good flavor.  Especially with ketchup !!!! (I put ketchup on everything!!!!)
Ingredients:

1 can lentils
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1 tsp jar minced garlic
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 stalks chopped celery
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 tsp coriander

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
