Ok, so these really don't look like mounds bars... but I think they taste like them.... and I LOVE mounds bars !!!!
Ingredients:
2 cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (I use Bob's Red Mill)
1/3 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Press into an 8x8 pan. Put in the fridge to get firm.
