Roasted Squash



I really like the taste of oven roasted vegetables.  They are a good change from steamed vegetables.


Ingredients:


one pound (or a little over) of yellow squash or zucchini, thinly sliced
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp minced jar garlic
1/8 tsp salt


Directions:


If desired, peel the squash.  Then rinse to get the squash wet.  In a bowl, toss the squash, basil, garlic and salt.
Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
