Kidney Bean Salad (Cashew Mayo)

This is Day 16 of my Daniel Fast.  

This salad is quick and easy to make.   This is great for a side dish or for lunch.  I personally liked this at room temperature.

2 cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup Cashew Mayo
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp garam marsala


Mix everything together in a bowl - serve immediately or after it has been in the fridge.  I thought it tasted better after it had been refrigerated first.  

Estimated Nutritional Value per serving based on 6 servings:  Calories  214, Total Fat 7.1g, Cholesterol 5mg,  Sodium 403mg, Carbs 30g, Fiber 7g, Sugars 4.2g, Protein 8.5g
